Starbucks unveils “triple shot” plan đź‘€
Starbucks plans to expand its global footprint with thousands of new stores in the coming years.
The global coffee giant recently unveiled its long-term growth strategy, “Triple Shot Reinvention with Two Pumps.”
It plans to open 17,000 stores, bringing its global count to 55,000 by 2030.
It also expects to double teams’ income compared to 2020 through higher wages and expanded hours.
Starbucks also announced tech collaborations with Microsoft, Amazon, and Apple to “enhance the customer and partner experience.”
It’s working with Microsoft to use AI for “product development and personalisation,” with Amazon on “reimagining the customer in-store experience” and with Apple on an array of new technologies.
