Created and hosted an industry specific 3 night ‘Study Tour’ for several of the UK’s top executives to meet key US counterparts and learn new retailing ideas including visiting the National Restaurant Show where they were engaged by keynote presentations and innovation from the Hospitality capital of the USA including operator insights from key US partners and brand owners.

- Co-ordinated an entire programme of communication with Propel, overseas co-ordination with external partners, National Restaurant Show booking, and full transportation support detail.
- Leveraged my network of US connections to ensure the programme was delivered with ease whilst also guaranteeing access to the most desirable locations in the state.
- Hosted the group throughout the tour to ensure the delivery was impeccable.
- Planned and delivered several neighbourhood tours reviewing the best restaurants, bars, speakeasies, rooftops, experiential venues, Food markets, Hotels, and clubs the state has to offer.
